Description

The trans community receives no welfare benefits by virtue of most of the community working in the unorganized sector. Daily wages are inaccessible and result in trans people being unable to procure food and basic necessities for themselves and their families.

This collective of folks from Thiruvallur, Tamil Nadu is raising funds to support at least 150 trans people with basic food and medical provisions so that they can stay home and safe as the pandemic rages on. Each kit costs approximately 1000 INR.
